- **** This soliciation is hereby cancelled**** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items as prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number for this requirement is AB133M-07-RP-0025 and is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular No. 05-14. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns using NAICS code 721110. The size standard for this code is $6.5 Million. Objective: The Contractor shall provide 20 single occupancy rooms for 120 days from December 15, 2006 - March 15, 2007 in Bellingham, Washington. Proposals shall be prepared in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items. Offers shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their offer. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following addenda are pursuant to this Clause: 1352.201-70, 1352.201-71, 1352.233-70. FAR 52.212-5, Contract terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items is applicable. Include the additional clauses: 52.203-6; 52.219-6; 52.222-19; 52.222-39; 52.232-33. In accordance with 52.215-5, Evaluation - Commercial Items, contract award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable, responsive responsible offer submitted in response to this solicitation announcement. Offers which are not considered to be technically acceptable shall not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of evaluation of the original submissions, without negotiations or call for final price revisions. Offerors are urged to submit their best offer with the original proposal submission. Offerors shall provide their price proposal in the following format: 20 Single Occupancy Rooms x $_________ (Daily Rate) x 120 days = $_________ All interested parties must respond to this announcement no later than December 8, 2006 at 2:00P.M. Mandatory Clause: The Western Region Acquisition Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this acquisition office be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR).
