- Thank you for your participation in the FNMOC/NAVICP Presolicitation Conference held on 28 November 2006. Prospective vendors are now encouraged to submit a ?White Paper? on or before COB 4 p.m. e.d.t, Wednesday, 10 Jan 2007. Participation in the conference is not required to submit a White Paper. White Papers should contain feedback of suggestions, additions, deletions, changes, and innovative ideas to the draft Statement of Objectives (SOO), and the information provided during the conference to assist in enhancing the resulting Request for Proposal (RFP), for FNMOC IT services. All white papers are to be uploaded in the collaborate menu within the eProcurement tool at www.govauctions.procuri.com. Registration in the eProcurement tool (NAVICP's communication tool)is required. If you are not registered, please register as a "supplier" at www.govauctions.procuri.com and then email the Contract Administrator below for access to the information.
