- The US Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 23 is soliciting quotations for Medical Cylinder Gases utilized at the following twelve (12) VISN 23 Medical Centers: Des Moines Division, VA Central Iowa Healthcare System, 3600 30th St., Des Moines, IA 50310; Fargo VA Medical/Regional Office Center, 2101 Elm St., Fargo, ND 58102; Grand Island Division, VA Nebraska Western Iowa Healthcare System, 2201 North Broadwell Ave., Grand Island, NE 68803-2196; Iowa City VA Medical Center, 601 Highway 6 West, Iowa City, IA 52246; Knoxville Division, VA Central Iowa Healthcare System, 1515 W. Pleasant St., Knoxville, IA 50138; Lincoln Division, VA Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System, 600 South 70th St., Lincoln, NE 68510; Minneapolis, VA Medical Center, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417; Omaha Division, VA Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System, 4101 Woolworth Ave., Omaha, NE 68105; Sioux Falls VA Medical Center, 2501 W. 22nd St., Sioux Falls, SD 57117; St. Cloud VA Medical Center; 4801 Veterans Drive, St. Cloud, MN 56303; VA Black Hills Health Care System, Hot Springs Campus, 500 N. 5th St., Hot Springs, SD 57747; VA Black Hills Health Care System, Fort Meade Campus, 113 Comanche Rd., Fort Meade, SD 57741. for the period of approximately January 31, 2007 (based on actual date of award of contract) through September 30, 2007, with up to four one-year options to extend at the Government?s discretion in accordance with all specifications, work statement, terms and conditions contained therein. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their proposal. Offers shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical competency/capability to perform services and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. The VA reserves the right to select the service providers from different contractors resulting in multiple awards. This will be one or more Firm Fixed Price contract(s) with an economic price adjustment. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 325120 1,000 employees. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
