YES 2) Is there any restriction or preference to the type of contract (e.g., FFP, T&M, etc)? FFP 3) Under the Technical Evaluation Requirements, section 2b, the statement reads ?Demonstrate ability to be responsive to customer needs in an evolving tradecraft environment and provide.? Is there a second half to that requirement? NO 4) Under 5, "Contractor must possess a current SI/TK/B clearance level". YES NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-DEC-2006); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
