- “UNFUNDED REQUIREMENT.” FUNDING IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. IF FUNDING IS NOT AVAILABLE BY 30 SEP 2006 THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY. Elmendorf AFB, Alaska has a requirement for Base Training and Education Services (BTES) distance learning administrator and testing administrator. The period of performance will be Oct 1, 2006 through Sept 30, 2007 with the intent to include two option years. The NAICS code is 611710, size standard $6,000,000. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued as a 100 percent Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. The RFQ will be issued on or about 11 August 2006 with a closing date on or about 30 Aug 06. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible for award. The CCR Internet web site is http://www.ccr.gov. Upon issue, the RFQ will be available on the Internet at the Electronic Posting System (EPS) web site, which is at the following address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. All responsible sources may submit a written proposal, which shall be considered. Please note that a paper solicitation will not be issued, and all documents related to this acquisition will be posted on the EPS. It is recommended that all interested sources register for this solicitation through the EPS to ensure they automatically receive all updated documents to this requirement as they are posted.
