- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price contract for landscape/groundskeeping services for El Paso Intelligence Center (EPIC), El Paso, Texas. The anticipated period of performance is January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007 with four (4) successive twelve-month option periods. The exercise of the option periods will be at the Government’s discretion. This requirement is 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 (Landscape Services), and the size standard is $6.5 million. The solicitation Request for Proposal (DEA-06-R-0027) will be issued on July 11, 2006 through DEA’s Acquisition webpage found at www.dea.gov (click on Acquisition & Contracts, then open solicitation (AFTER the solicitation is available). It is the offeror’s responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. Hardcopies of the RFP will NOT be available. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-JUN-2006).
