- Description
- The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, incidentals, and labor necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at the Government offices located at the Lakeview Interangency Compound, Lakeview, Oregon, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The Contractor shall be responsible for the orderliness and cleanliness in the designated areas. All areas shall be kept clean, neat and free of fire and safety hazards and unsanitary conditions. Services are to be provided in three separate buildings. This work is being solicitated as a performance-based contract. Preformance-based means the Contractor is responsible for a quality end product. The estimated period of perfomance is for October 15. 2006 to September 30, 2007 with one option year contingent upon funding. The successful quoter must provide proof of all permits and licenses to conduct business and operate in the State of Oregon. No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the worksite. A background check may be required on Contractor and any employee(s) prior to award. A scheduled site visit is not planned.
