- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to: (1) provide a link to the Social Security Administration's (SSA) Electronic Records Express (ERE) Demonstration located at http://www.socialsecurity.gov/ere/ere_demo_public/index.html. The demo is also available on www.socialsecurity.gov -- go to the Electronic Records Express website, then go to the "How to use?" link in the left column, which takes you to the Orientation page. Then in the middle is a link to "Secure website interactive demonstration." That should take you to the start of the demo. This ERE Demonstration link eliminates the mailing of requested CDs as provided in the third paragraph of the Request for Information (RFI) posted on December 5, 2006. (2) attach an Excel Spreadsheet chart that provides estimated Consultative Examinations (CE) workload data and, (3) replace the Excel Spreadsheet entitled, "List of Exams" attached with the RFI posted on December 5, 2006 with a Microsoft Word document entitled, "Ancillary Tests."
