- 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; request for quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The Washington Headquarters Services Acquisitions and Procurement (WHS A&P), in the support of the WHS ESCD, is issuing this Requests for Quote (RFQ) for the equipment list in enclosure 1. This will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside, NAICS code 541519, size standard $23 million. Contract type is a firm-fixed price to include best-discounted price, as applicable. Offerors will offer on the entire quantities and items listed, all or none. The Government will use FAR 52.211-6 clause Brand Name or Equal. The Government will evaluate quotes and make a selection based on low price, technically acceptable. Delivery Address: 1155 Defense Pentagon, Room 3B960, Washington D.C. 20301-1155 Additional Information: Period of Performance: 1 year from date of award. 2. Quotes will be firm-fixed-price, to include best-discounted price and shipping and handling as applicable. Your firm?s submission is due NLT 2:00 PM EST on 11 December 2006.
