- Description
- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound intends to procure through sole source negotiations with SPD Technologies, twenty (20) undervoltage lockout relays in accordance with specifications unique to SPD Technologies. The undervoltage lockout relay is a component repair/replacement part which is a proprietary item manufactured and marketed soley by SPD Technologies. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 335314. The FSC code is 5945. The resulting order will be a firm fixed priced contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1). See Notes 22 and 26. No solicitation notice will be posted.
