- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Preventive For JEOL Mass Spectrometer for a base of one year and two option years. This requirement is a manufacturer sole source to JEOL USA, Inc. due to proprietary data and this company being the only known source for the TEEM Ionization source. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
