Description: Contractor will furnish all necessary management, supervision, labor, and supplies (other than Government furnished) required to perform janitorial and maintenance services for the Squaw Lake Campground and Day Use Area in accordance with the statement of work. The services include cleaning and ensuring the sanitary conditions of the restrooms, the cleanliness of the grounds, beaches, boat ramps, parking areas, walkways, and the watering of the potted trees. The resulting contract will be for a base year and one option year. This is a total small business set-aside. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
