- This is a notice of the Governments intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to 3D System, Inc for High Temperature Resin for Solid State Laser Systems to be used in the 3D Modeling Application Center based on urgency. This i s not a set-aside for small business. This notice is an urgent requirement for Walter Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20307.
