- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is soliciting offers under Request for Quotation (RFQ) No W912BU-07-T-0008 for Trash Removal Services at Fort Mifflin Project Office, 6400 Hog Island Road, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19153. Th e contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, and materials to perform trash and garbage removal services year round at the Fort Mifflin Project Office. The contract will have a period of performance for the base year from 01 February 2007 through 31 J anuary 2008 and will contain 4 additional 1-year option periods. Award will be made to lowest responsible offeror. The RFQ will be available on or about 07 December 2006. Solicitation documents, plans and specifications will only be available via the Fe deral Technical Data Solution (FedTeDs) homepage https://www.fedteds.gov. Interested offerors must register with FedTeDS before accessing the system. FedTeDs registration requires the following information: CCR Marketing Partner Identification Number (M PIN), DUNS Number or Cage Code, Telephone Number, and E-Mail Address. Registration Instructions can be found on the FedTeDS website by clicking on the Register with FedTeDS hyperlink. Interested offerors should select the Begin Vendor/Contractor Registra tion Process option. Offerors who have registered with FedTeDS must access the data for this solicitation by way of the hyperlink established via the FedBizOpps announcement. Please access www.fedbizopps.gov and click on the hyperlink to FedTeDS www.fedt eds.gov. Offerors cannot log into the FedTeDS home page and search for data directly. Offers will be due on 28 December 2006 at 4:00 p.m. eastern time and may be faxed to 215-656-6798. Quotes should include pricing and certifications and representation s. Offerors are responsible for printing paper copies of the RFQ. This procurement is unrestricted. The North Atlantic Industrial Classification (NAIC) for this procurement is 562111 with a size standard of $11.5 Million. All Contractors must be registered in the DoDs Central Contractor Registration before award as required by DFARS 204.7300 .
