- On behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs (Manpower and Personnel) in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(b)(2) and 16.505(b)(2)(iii), the Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) (formerly DCC-W) intends to execute a GS A commercial award under other than full and open competition for one year to the Camp and Associates LLC,a small, woman owned business. This procurement is for the services necessary to perform the final evaluation of employer impacts when Reservists are absent to serve in the military, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)(See Attachment). This notice is NOT a request for proposals. The Government is not going to submit a solicitation for proposals. Interested firms may email capability statements to Marilyn Shortle at Marilyn.Shortle@hqda.army.mil. Capability statements must be received by the CCE contracting office no later than 3:00pm, 18 December 2006. The Government shall not be liable for, or suffer any consequen tial damages for any technical information provided. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon any responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Award is anticipated no later than 31 Dece mber 2006.
