- Description
- Charleston AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order to Mammography Reporting System, Seattle, WA for software upgrades that is used for breast and cervical cancer screening. The software upgrade includes (1) one time reinstatement fee of existing mammography reporting system (MRS v5.3 VFP), (2) on site migration assistance and training, (3) upgrade from MRS v5.3 to v6, (4) activate HL7 CHCS military interface using MRS auto interface. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a), full and open competition need not be provided when there is Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supply or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall considered by agency. North American Industrial Classification, 511210, size standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement. Vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. Contractors are asked to submit their Tax ID number with their proposal.
