- This synopsis is for a definitive contract/purchase order for Hydraulic Pumps. Maximum purchase order/contract quantity is 33. Initial order is for 11 each. Order/Option minimum quantity for each out year is 1 each and the maximum quantity is 11 each. Item 1: NSN: 4320-01-111-9390; NOUN: Pump, Hydraulic; P/N: 1500-00-16. DELIVERY: 180 days after receipt of order. The approximate RFQ/RFP issued date will be 6 December 2006 with the approximate response date of 20 December 2006. RFQ will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov only. No telephone requests. Only written (email) or faxed requests received directly from the requestor will be acceptable. This is a limited source procurement per USC 2304(c)(1) [FAR PART 6.302-1] TO: Dukes, Inc, Cage: 0945, P/N: 1500-00-16. Justification: Supplies (or services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Specifications, plans, or drawings related to this procurement are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.
