- This Sources Sought is in support of market research being conducted by the STVHCS to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of potential Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) sources to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price contract for emergency outpatient pharmacy services for Community Out-based Clinic (CBOC) patients. Services will be required in the following areas but not limited to San Antonio, Kerrville, Laredo, Harlingen, McAllen, Corpus Christi, Victoria, Eagle Pass, Del Rio, and surrounding areas.Estimated volume of services is 14,000 collectively. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT COMMITTED TO AWARD A CONTRACT PURSUANT TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.???? NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME AND REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATION PACKAGES WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.???? The applicable NAICS code is 446110 and the Size Standard is $6.5M.? The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the responses to this sources sought synopsis.?List of three references to whom similar types of services have been previously provided to include contract number, dollar value, name and phone number of customer The references must be relevant to the requirement and be within the last three year as of December 1, 2006.? The references must also include a description of the services rendered under that contract and demonstrate ability to provide services to service area.
