- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Eastern Colorado Healthcare System, Denver, Colorado, is soliciting for a Contractor to provide compounded and mixed allergy antigens for use in immunotherapy for individual patients according to prescription orders from the ECHCS Pharmacy Service (hereafter referred to as VA, VAMC, or the government) within prescribed turn-around-times. Prescriptions will be provided as pre-mixed graduated concentrations of allergenic extract in a ready-to-use format as graduated dilution build-up sets or maintenance dose vials.  This is a Request for Quotation for interested parties to be respond directly or request a copy of the solicitation.  The NAICS code for this procurement is 325412, size standard is 750 employees. Any company that believes it can meet the requirements may provide a written quotation to the Contracting Officer as stated in the solicitation (deadline: January 3, 2007) or request a copy of the solicitation via email (Richard.macklin@med.va.gov) or fax (303-691-6558) by December 27, 2006.
