Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a potential enhanced-use lease opportunity at its John Cochran Division VA Medical Center located in St. Louis, Missouri. VA seeks developers to offer to VA the use and services for at least an 1,100 parking structure via a leasehold on its John Cochran campus in exchange for an additioal leasehold interest on VA property across North Grand Boulevard from the VAMC. This additional property is known as the Yeatman Property. This RFP is issued under VA's Enhanced-Use Lease legislation, Title 38 USC 8161-8169.
