- Provide complete dive team and all equipment necessary to hand clean, inspect, and patch the underwater hulls of vessels at the JRRF, as required. The resultant contract will include a base year, and four one-year options. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE's), the DOT short-term lending program (STLP) offers working capital financing and the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
