- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to award a Sole Source Contract for up to sixteen newly manufactured wing assemblies from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Company (LM) for the purpose of maintaining it's current fleet of P-3 aircraft. The P-3 rewing kit program shall include the preparation of drawings, planning documentation, tooling design/specifications, structural component production as well as program and systems management. The period of performance is for five (5) years. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In the absence of responses from interested firms demonstrating their capibility, CBP intends to request a proposal from Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Company, (LM), on a noncompetitive basis for the work described. Responses must be received by the listed procuring office within 15 calendar days from date of publication of the notice.
