Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Miniwarehouses) Set Aside: None Contracting Office Address: Description: The Forest Service is interested in leasing approximately 24,000 rentable square feet of office/warehouse and related space in Mesa, Arizona at Williams Gateway Airport. The rentable square footage shall yield a minimum of 22,500 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Parking required for 15 visitors, approximately 13 employees, and secure parking for 25 vehicles. Williams Gateway Airport will negotiate a land lease with the successful offeror. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The Government is requesting the space to be ready for occupancy by December 31, 2007. Lease term is 10 years firm with one 5-year renewal option. The SFO will be available by November 19, 2006 and posted to the FEDBIZ site. Offers will be due February 5, 2007. All interested offerors may submit a proposal, which will be considered.
