- RESPONSE DATE CHANGED FROM DECEMBER 11, 2006 TO DECEMBER 13, 2006. Farm fertilizers are required at the USDA, Agricultural Research Service, U.S. Meat Animal Research Center (MARC). Quantities are estimated and may vary by +/- 20%. Delivery times will vary from January 2007 through September 2007 depending on weather and crop schedules. This acquisition is being conducted using commercial items best value procedures. Evaluation criteria in no order of preference are price, quality, warranty, and past performance. Multiple awards may result from this solicitation. The solicitation will be available in Adobe Acrobat format for downloading on or about November 22, 2006. The offer response date is scheduled for December 11, 2006.
