This is being procured unrestricted and no set-aside applies. This item is not commercial off the shelf. This solicitation is a formal acquisition for quantity of 143 EA, FOB Destination, inspection/acceptance destination. Requested delivery is 210 DARO or less to stock location New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. The solicitation will be available on or about 12/14/2006 and close on or about 12/21/2006. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
