- THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN CANCELED IN ITS ENTIRETY. Description: 6130-00-460-0501, POWER SUPPLY APPROVED SOURCE POWER PARAGON P/N PS274-A -SOURCE CONTROL ITEM BELL HELICOPTER TEXTRON DWG 209-075-387, REV J, DTD 23 OCT 03 P/N 209-075-1 CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM, CONFIGURATION CONTROL APPLIES This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 160 each plus a 100 percent option. Two locations - 52 to Tracy CA and 108 to New Cumberland PA. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at origin, sampling for inspection & testing shall be IAQ ANSI/ASQ Z1,4-2003, any defective item discovered after shipment may be cause for rejection of the entire contract quantity. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is 6130-00-460-0501, 217-day delivery. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
