- PR Number: IQC06219009002 FSC: 5305-5325 various Nomenclature: McDonnell Douglas part numbers with approved/acceptable sources RFP Due Date: 2/6/2007 This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Formal Source Selection Criteria. This procurement is for 1139 Core Items and 647 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. The first NSN is 5305-00-017-5131. This procurement is for a two year base. This acquisition is unrestricted. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. Vendors should not that these requirements are NOT solicited on an ?all or none? basis and proposals made on this basis will not be considered. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows: 250 days. The solicitation contains an option to extend the term of the contract for one (1) additional year. These are not Qualified Products List (QPL) items. All items are McDonnell Douglas parts with approved/acceptable sources. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This acquisition is subject to the Trade Agreements Act. Numbered note 12 applies to this solicitation. A Formal Source Selection Plan is required.
