- Statement as to Synopsis DESC: See numbered note 26. NSN 2510-01-527-4939, Window, Vehicular. The solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Priced contract requiring a quantity of 87 each to be delivered to New Cumberland PA. This will be procured in accordance with a Stewart & Stevenson Tactical part number; they are the only approved source of the material; (0FW39)P/N APC30256-003. The required delivery schedule is for 87 each to be shipped within 130 days. This requirement is unrestricted and all responsible, offers will be considered. The solicitation will be available on the web after December 22, 2006. http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/Solicitations/ The anticipated closing date of the solicitation will be Jan 22, 2007. A written quoted is required to be returned to the address in block 8 of the RFP by the date and time specified, DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as described in Section M of the solicitation.
