- Description: See numbered notes 12 and 26. NSN 2540-01-528-1912, Seat, vehiclular, being bought in accordance with ARC Manufacturing, Inc. (3UKX4) P/N 3002SS-383-PKG. Total quantity required is 363 EA to be shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5000, FOB and inspection at destination with an option for up to 363 each additional units and requests incremental pricing up to 500 each on the basic. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 12/19/06. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets are available. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery. The required delivery is 60 days. Notice to all Contractors: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26 (Item 1, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certification electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete an Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement will be appearing in solicitation in the near future. The ORCA can be found at http://orca.bpn.gov. Until ORCA is fully implemented continue to comply with all government instruction and requirements in solicitation and contract awards.
