- The Naval Surface Warfare Center - Panama City, 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, Florida intends to solicit Winsystems, Inc., 715 Stadium Drive, PO Box 121361, Arlington, TX 76012-1361 on a sole source basis for thirty (30) each P/N PPM-TX-166-OM-ST, thirty (30) each P/N PPM-TX-266-OM-ST, and fifty (50) each PPM-10/100. These components will be used in the fabrication of additional systems needed for continued installation of the AN/KSQ-1 system. This material must be 100% compatible with existing AN/KSQ-1 systems already install in the fleet. Accordingly, Winsystems is the only source for these components. These items will be delivered to the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018. NAICS Code 327212 applies.
