- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Request for Information This Request for Information (RFI) is the initiation of market research under Part 10 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and is not a Request for Proposals (RFP). The Government does not intend to pay for any information furnished pursuant to this RFI. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) The Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane plans to solicit for High Performance Tubes Image Intensifier Assembly in the near future. This RFI is issued to allow Industry the opportunity to review the attached draft specification and provide any comments, questions, or feedback to NSWC Crane. Comments/Questions/Responses are due by 8 December 2006. Both e-mail and mail submittals will be accepted.
