Description

The VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics located in White City, Oregon is currently soliciting for services of monthly inspection and maintenance and emergency calls for four (4) hydraulic elevators located within the facility. The Contractor shall be responsible for all equipment, labor, materials and supplies needed for repair and preventive maintenance. The contract has a base period with an opportunity of 4 option years subject to the availability of funds. This is a service type contract. An RFP solicitation is anticipated to be awarded no later than January 1, 2007. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310 with a small business size of $6.0 million, The solicitation and specifications for this procurement will be available on FedBizOpps on or about 11/28/06.
