- Description: See numbered notes 12 and 26. NSN 2540-01-498-8821, Chain Assembly, Tire (Pair), used on the Stryker 12.00-20 tire size. Parts are being bought in accordance with Pewar Inc. (4N506) P/N A 01 SV. Total quantity required is 700 PR to be shipped to (W62G2T) Stockton, CA 95296-0130, FOB and inspection at destination with an option for up to 700 PR additional units and requests incremental pricing up to 1125 PR on the basic. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 12/19/06. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets are available. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, socioeconomic, and JWOD. The required delivery is for 300 PR to be delivered in 75 days and 300 PR every 21 days thereafter until complete. Notice to all Contractors: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26 (Item 1, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certification electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete an Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement will be appearing in solicitation in the near future. The ORCA can be found at http://orca.bpn.gov. Until ORCA is fully implemented continue to comply with all government instruction and requirements in solicitation and contract awards.
