- Sources Sought Description The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS), Office of Procurement Services (OPS) is issuing this sources sought notification as part of its market research analysis to obtain a better understanding of how many sources there are that can provide the full range of services (Categories #1 - #3) as listed below. The anticipated timeline of events including our Market Research is as follows: 1.Sources sought (December 4th THROUGH December 28th) 2.Post DRAFT RFP for Industry Review (December 28th) 3.DRAFT Industry comments due (January 22nd) 4.Issue RFP (February 27th) 5.Make an award by May 1st Please respond to the individual identified in this announcement no later than December 28, 2006, with the following information: A.Categories (#1 - #3) can your company provide services under; B.Central Contractor Registry (CCR) information; C.GSA Schedule information (if applicable); D.If you are currently working for the Government please send us a listing of current contract information that includes: Contract Number; Contracting Officer name, email and phone; Brief description of services being performed; E.If you have and would like to share sample Statements of Work/Services we will gladly review them while forming our DRAFT RFP. Service Categories: CATEGORY #1: IT / Business Consulting Services: Business Process Reengineering; Business Strategy Consulting; Organizational change; Capital Planning and Investment Control; AND Assistance in procurement material preparation; Business Case Development CATEGORY #2: CIO Support including: IT Strategy; Enterprise Architecture; IT policy consulting; Methodology and Best Practice consulting; Technical Studies and Analysis; AND Program Management support. CATEGORY #3: Software Development Lifecycle Services: Application Development including the following toolset; Java based web development; Oracle database development; Data warehousing and reporting; Application Maintenance including the following toolset; Java based web development support; Oracle Forms, Reports and Database support; Oracle business intelligence/data warehousing toolset support; Quality Assurance and Testing Support; Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) services;Documentation; AND Training.
