Description

The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 2,300 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of office space in Pensacola, FL within the area bounded by the following: North: Cervantes South: Pensacola Bay West: A St East: 17th Ave The space should yeild approximately 2,000 Usable Square Feet (USF) of office space together with 10 parking spaces and must be fully serviced. The lease term will be for 10 years, 5 firm commencing on or about May 1, 2006 with the Government having cancelation rights after the firm term of the lease. The space must be contiguous space located on one floor in a Class A office building; Class B buildings may be acceptable if it is fully upgarded and has undergone a first class modernization to the building. The offered space must meet the Government's requirements for Fire Safety, Security and Handicapped Accessibility. The Government will not accept any offered space that contains Asbestos or any space that is located within a building that contains Asbestos.
