CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS: General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (PBS), Real Estate ? San Francisco Service Center (9PFE-S), 450 Golden Gate Avenue, 3rd Floor E, San Francisco, CA 94102-3400 DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing approximately 9,522 rentable square feet of contiguous office and related space yielding a minimum of 8,280 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (previously usable) to a maximum of 8,694 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 15 parking spaces for the Government?s exclusive use. TENANT: Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Bakersfield, CA within the delineated area bounded on the North by Kern River; on the East by State Route 204 / Union Avenue; on the South by Stockdale Highway/California Avenue; and on the West by Coffee Road. LEASE TERM: The lease will be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. REQUIRED: The space must be on the second floor or above, in an office building and section of the city that is professional and prestigious in appearance, well-maintained, and of modern design and/or tastefully rehabilitated to modern use. The space must meet or be capable of being altered to meet the Government's specifications, as well as current seismic handicapped accessibility standards. The location must not be near a school, child care center, any potential environmental threat, or in a flood plain.
