Description
This requirement is for fuel to include No. 2 Fuel Oil for heating, On-Road Diesel fuel, Off-Road Diesel fuel and 87 percent Octane Gasoline. This proposed procurement is 100% set aside for Small Businesses. It is advertised under NAICS code 454319 , SIC code 5984, FSC code 9140 with a size standard of $6.5M. The Governments intent is to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements from this solicitation. The contractors will be required to provide the fuels described above to the USACE-Washington Aqueduc t Division, Dalecarlia Water Treatment Plant, 5900 MacArthur Blvd NW, Washington DC 20016-2514 and the USACE-Washington Aqueduct Division, McMillan Water Treatment Plant, 2500 1st Street NW, Washington DC 20001 in accordance with the statement of work incl uded in the request for quotations package. Services will be required for a period of one (1) Base Period year and four (4) Option Period years (if exercised). Calls against the BPAs will be placed to vendors as various fuels are required. Vendors will be required to respond and deliver no later than (NLT) 2 days from time of call. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Technical Data Solution System (FedTeDS) -- a one-t ime registration process for vendors/contractors -- Accounts may only be attained by CCR-registered contractors/vendors, go to www.fedteds.gov for additional information. After issuance of the solicitation, contractors may view and/or download this solici tation and all amendments at the following internet address: https://www.fedteds.gov/fedteds/start.nsf/frm.vendorlogin?openform&SolicitationNumber=W912DR-07-T-0027. Plans and specifications will not be available in paper format. Use of the FedTeDS we bsite requires prior registration at www.fedteds.gov. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the FedTeDS web site (using the above link) for amendments to the solicitation. You must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration Database (CC R) to receive a government contract award. You may register with the CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/.
