Description

This proposed contract will be for the purchase of 20 each Pilot Pulse Attenuators that are components of the PATRIOT Radar. NSN: 5985-01-537-9249, P/N: 11481069. Delivery schedule will be approximately 6 each per month beginning June 2007. The clo sing date for the solicitation is an estimated date, but will not close prior to the date listed above. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire this item from other than the current source. The current source is Herley Industr ies, Inc., 425 Smith St., Farmingdale, NY 11735. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements is not available and cannot be provided. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this age ncy.
