- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. THIS REQUIREMENT IS SOLE SOURCED TO SERENA SOFTWARE, INC, Hillsboro, Oregon NAICS: 511210 Scope of work establishes the guidelines for the purchase of CONFIGURATION TOOL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT. Prices should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). The following clauses (current through FAC 2005-11, and DFARS Change Notice 20060706) are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors; 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items; and 52-212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items; DFARS 252.212-7000, and DFARS 252.211-7003 (Item Identification and Valuation). In accordance with Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be price, price related factors and adherence to established maintenance agreement. IAW FAR 52.212-3, Reps/Certs should be completed on-line at www.bpn.gov. Quotations may be faxed to 478-926-7549 or email eddie.shaw2@robins.af.mil no later than 29-NOV-2006, 1:00 pm EST.
