Description

Sources are sought for services to review and furnish an assessment regarding the condition of existing building envelope items (windows, storefronts, louvers, etc.) as well as rooftop mounted equipment for resistance to the forces of a hurricane or other natural disaster for Project 573A4-07-702, Building Envelope Assessment, at the VA Medical Center, Lake City, FL. Selection will be based upon recent specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required, professional capacity to accomplish work, professional qualifications of staff and consultants assigned to the project, past performance on contracts with Government agencies and private industry, in terms of cost control, quality of work, compliance with performance schedules, and other appropriate evaluation criteria. Consideration is limited to concerns located within a 200 mile radius of Lake City, FL. Firms desiring consideration should submit a completed copy of form SF-330 by close of business December 20, 2006. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THERE ARE NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE. This project is subject to availability of funds.
