Description

Contractor shall fill and dispense original prescriptions that are written by VA physicians assigned to Veterans Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) that are within the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, Ann Arbor, Michigan and VA Medical Center, Battle Creek, Michigan primary service areas. The estimated number of prescriptions per year is 1700. Contract is for a base and four pre-priced option years. NAICS 446110 applies to this procurement. Projected issue date is 12/07/2006 with a projected response date of 12/22/2006. Requests for solicitation documents must be made in writing and cite VA-506-07-RQ-0012.
