Description: Management & Training Corporation (MTC) in operation of the Gary Job Corps Center for the US Dept of Labor (DOL) is seeking sealed bids for the removal and replacement of the HVAC system at building 5-212. Contractor shall be responsible for all work including but not limited to carpentry, electrical, mechanical, insulation, sheet metal work, steel erection, concrete, natural gas, fire alarm, and site clean-up.
