- The RFP for this project stated that the teleconference number for the preproposal conference would be posted to FedBizOpps. Because there are a limited number of incoming telephone lines for this call, only those individuals who expressed interest were provided the phone number. Interested parties were requested to express their interest in participating no later than November 22, 2006. A limited number of phone lines are still available on a first come, first served basis.
