Solicitation will include a term of base period plus four option periods. Destination inspection required. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. Solicitation will be issued as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. This is a 1Q procurement. Surge requirements exist for this NSN. The Government's required delivery schedule is 116 days ARO for Stock. The solicitation will be available on or about December 11, 2006, and will close on or about January 12, 2006.
