- AMENDMENT--INSTALLATION IS NOT REQUIRED. (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit a written proposal (to include price quote for all CLINS) on RFQ reference number FA2517-07-T-6014. (III) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-02. (IV) This solicitation is a small business set-aside. (V) This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the following commercial items: Items do not have to be brandname. However, other systems that interact with this system are Sharp. Therefore, this new system must be fully compatible with those systems. 18 each, XG-PH50X, Sharp XG-PH50X 4000 ANSI Lumen XGA DLP Integration/Installation Projector, Displays up to UXGA with ImageAce Resizing , Power Lens Shift, Power Zoom/Focus, HD Compatible (4:3 & 16:9 Aspect Ratios) Dual Lamp System, 1000:1 Contrast Ratio, 2 Computer Inputs 1 15-Pin HD and 1 5-BNC, Separate Composite and S Video Inputs w/Standard Lens - Optional Motorized Lenses - Warranty - 3 Years Parts & Labor; 60 each, AN-PH50LP1/1, Sharp Lamp Module ? XG-PH50X, NL; 60 each, AN-PH50LP2/1, Sharp Lamp Module - Right ? XG-PH50X, NL; 16 each, RPA-107, Chief Ceiling Mount for Sharp XG-PH50X; 12 each, R98-41111, Barco Single 200 W UHP Lamp for iQ300; 50 each, BQC-XGP25X//1, Sharp Lamp Module for Sharp XG-P25X Projector. 3 YEARS PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY. (VI) The Government intends to award a single, Firm Fixed Priced contract resulting from this solicitation. Equipment is required to be brand new and fully warranted by the vendor/manufacturer, and compatible with current Sharp equipment. (VII) To be delivered and installed at Peterson AFB, CO 80914 within 30 days of award. (VIII) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items (Jan 2004), applies to this acquisition. Included in the written quotes should be product descriptions and/or specifications of products being offered. (IX) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999), applies to this acquisition. A contract will be awarded to the vendor using the following criteria to determine best value to the Government: Lowest price and meets capability requirements listed in V and VI. (X) The offeror must have completed the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) which is the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (May 2004).
