- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Warehouse Space Springfield, VA The United States Government seeks to lease warehouse space consisting of approximately 11,550 rentable square feet in Springfield, VA within the following delineated area: Northern Virginia bound by the Fairfax County Parkway to the North; 638 to the West and I-395 to the East and South. The space should yield 11,550 BOMA usable square feet and must have a ceiling clear height of at least 24 feet. The anticipated term is 5 years, with one 5 year renewal option as a fully serviced lease. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 8, 2007. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
