Description

Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and services needed for strategic planning analysis of the operations of the Central Heating and Refrigeration Plant, 13th and C Streets, SW., and the West Heating Plant, 1051 29th Street, NW., Washington, D.C. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded for these services, through utilization of source selection procedures. This solicitation is not set-aside for small businesses. However, this procurement is being made under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Women-Owned businesses are encouraged to submit a bid and so state that they are women-owned. The NAIC Code is 221330 and the small business size standard is $12,000,000. The solicitation will be issued on/about December 8, 2006, and the due date will be on/about January 9, 2007.
