Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting & General Services Office in Portland, OR have a requirement at the Sacramento Fish and Wildlife Office, California, to immediately assist in gathering and synthesizing information for conducting a 5-year review based upon the best available scientific and commercial information required by Section 4(c)(2) of the Endangered Species Act (ESA). Determining whether a change in listing status is warranted for the San Joaquin Kit Fox (Vulpes macrotis mutica). Selection process is "Best Value" (Price, Experience & Past Performance). NOTE: This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns; however the government is accepting quotes from large business concerns. In the event of insufficient small business concern participation, award will be made to participating large business. The associated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541990, Product or Service code (PSC) is B509, and small business size standard is $6.5 million.
