- The US Army, Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command ??? Picatinny intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with Lewis Machine and Tool Company, Milan, Illinois 61264-2260 under the approved authority of FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). This procurement is for M4 Special Operations Peculiar Modification (SOPRMOD) buttstocks. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See Note 22.
