Description

Travis AFB intends to award a sole source purchase order to Baxter Healthcare for the following: Line Item 1: Qty 171 cases, 500 ml glycerol liquid. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a), full and open competition need not be provided when there is Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supply or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This purchase is to replace healthcare bottles used in research and developemnt at David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, CA. Estimate delivery date of December 10, 2006. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. North American Industrial Classification Standard, 339112, Size Standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement. Vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. Contractors are asked to submit their TAX ID number with their proposal.
